Yesterday I had a surprise visit at Foxtel by Ian Haigh, a fellow Sydney-sider and the creator of the very cool Ease & Wizz scripts for Adobe After Effects. I had no idea Ian worked just up the road from me and as it turns out he is a 10 year veteran of After Effects. So what is Ease & Wizz? According to Ian’s website, “Ease and Wizz is a set of expressions for After Effects that give you more ways to interpolate between values. The obvious use is in motion, but they can be used on animated properties of any kind. They’re applied with an After Effects-ish palette that can be docked, so it’s very easy to use.” Ian explained to me that these scripts are based on popular Flash scripts created by Robert Penner.
You can read more and download the scripts for free here. Oh and don’t let the word “script” frighten you, they are very easy to install and greatly enhance the After Effects feature set, so if you’ve never used them, now might be a good time to start.

…only thing I dont like about it: You`ll get no visual feedback of the adjusted curves.
But I think thats an issue with expression in general.
