Urban Dirty has terrific free grunge stock images and also provides color themes for various images with a downloadable .ASE file. You can import the .ASE file into After Effects using Swatch You Want.
nailgun* has done some smart spots for ESPN. Note the detail and depth, enhanced by depth-of-field and subtle camera drift, taking the photo/slide theme to the next level.

I’m doing the C4D and Design class at the moment and it has really helped me with my C4D skills. Not for beginners but if you have a basic understanding of the C4D workflow you’ll get a lot out of it.

I m playing around from 1 1year with c4d more or less, I took all the cmiVFX tutorial of c4d, very nice but not for beginner, so i went back to fluff, and lynda.I ve a basic understanding of the application and i love the way he translate data to AE.
